Well, the problems with the the hosting server in the last week has put a delay on my work on this site and my JJPOP.net email service. Thus, this site is still not completed, however, I hope to finish it very soon.

My Linksys (the #1 brand in all your networking needs) network link now serves as my home print server. I successfully got CUPS installed on it today and have already set it up on all 8 computers. It’s really awesome.

This thing now runs a print server (CUPS), file server (SAMBA), SWAT, web server (Apache), ftp server, ssh server, telnet server, and probably some other stuff I can’t remember.

If you tried to access any of my sites in the past few days and were unable to get to them, that’s because there was some trouble on the server my hosting is on. Everything is pretty much back to normal now though.

I now have both of my books that I bought from eBay. I actually got one of them monday, but didn’t get the second one till today.

I’m actually really happy with the prices I got. I paid only $4.88 for the two combined and they retail at $90 combined.

Now I just have to find time to sit down and read them. One is on PHP, mainly focusing on PHP and using it on Linux, and the other one is about MySQL which I have been dealing with a lot lately. I’ll probably use them as references when I have a question.

As for my site, I am still working on it.

The site is coming along, many things are starting to work like they should. The only things that don’t work well, or at all, are the buttons at the top of the page. Please don’t even try following them, who knows what you’ll get.

Feel free to post comments to my blog, the entire blog part of the site is working 100%. However, you may experiance some difficulty with the search box to the left. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. To be honest, I have no idea why it doesn’t work some of the time.
